• Hair extensions are a natural product and require professional aftercare.
• We strongly advise against exposure to chlorine, sea water, steam rooms, saunas, and chemical-based sun creams, as these may cause discolouration or damage.
• Use of hair dyes, toners, colour-depositing shampoos, or products not recommended in our aftercare guide will void your warranty.

Warranty

• We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing faults, starting from the date of delivery.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of identifying the fault.
• Products must be returned in full for investigation (images alone are not sufficient).
• If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a replacement will be offered. Refunds are only provided if a replacement is unavailable.

Limitation of Liability
